Shout-out to Dr. Janet Stramel for hosting an outstanding learning opportunity this past Friday. The second Lunch and Learn, From Tragedy to Action: One Family’s Story, featured an engaging presentation on domestic violence awareness by advocates from Jana’s Campaign.

These events expand our knowledge, foster meaningful conversations, and underscore the value of continued learning on important topics.

🪩💜 What a totally rad night! Thank you to everyone who joined us for Empty Place at the Table: ’80s Prom! We had so much fun and are incredibly grateful to everyone who attended, sponsored, donated, and supported us!

The College of Education had a great time participating in the FHSU homecoming parade!

A huge thank you to our COE volunteers and students from the Opportunities in Education LLC for helping make the day so much fun! And a special thank you to Anne Haas for organizing our entries and to Sarah Miller for supplying the children's books that we gave away along the route. We couldn’t have done it without you!

Happy World Teachers' Day! The College of Education, Teacher Education, and Advanced Education Programs departments represented teachers and FHSU at the 2026 FHSU Homecoming Parade this past Saturday.
