While AI can sometimes be seen as a threat, it's also being used as a tool for California's Community College system. It teamed up with Nectir AI to roll out out a personalized AI assistant, designed to support students around the clock.

Have you been trying to persuade any of your friends and family to join one of the great CE programs here at Chabot *cough, MTT, cough*, well, send them our way Saturday, March 22nd and we'll inundate them with gentle persuasion, statistics, and awesome industrial technology. Their occupational reticence won't stand a chance, and you can level a well earned "I told you so!" at them as they rejoice in a great job and a healthy paycheck.

MTT alumni, we are in desperate need of your used Operations Manuals and we are willing to pay a $50 for them. If you have an old Operations Manual that you are not using please bring it to one of the Chabot MTT instructors to be submitted to Library. We are looking to secure around 20 copies of this text, at which point we will stop offering our generous bounty. Wrapping up MTT81C Mastercam and this student's project to make 8 spherical bearings came out great. Dual work holding setups in soft jaws in our Haas VF3. 3D High Speed Waterline toolpaths and some careful measurement led to a great fit within the existing assembly.
