Take time out of your busy week to join us for RELAXATION HOUR every Thursday, starting February 28th, from 1:00-1:50. No need to sign up - just come whenever you can!
Develop your ability to relax and reduce stress using techniques like mindfulness, meditation, and breath awareness.
Feel free to bring blankets, yoga mats, or pillows!! This hour is dedicated to YOU - we want you to be comfortable and cozy.
Some things to look forward to during the hour: listening to relaxing music, coloring, engaging in mindfulness and meditation exercises, and much more!
