Purple Run Ann Arbor The 2022 run will be the 8th annual event, where proceeds benefit SafeHouse Center. The Purple Run is much more than a fundraiser.

The Purple Run Ann Arbor is a collaboration between University of Michigan Police Department, Ann Arbor Police Department and the Washtenaw County Prosecutor's Office. The Purple Run is an exciting collaboration between: the University of Michigan Police Department & the Washtenaw County Prosecutor’s Office to highlight an epidemic that is present in our community. The proceeds raised in this annu

al even benefit SafeHouse Center an organization within Washtenaw County that works with domestic violence and sexual assault survivors. Our goal is to raise awareness about Domestic Violence and to help the community recognize this issue affects all of us. There is strength in numbers and we are so excited that you want to join us and make a statement to survivors that there is support in our community. Every 60 seconds, 20 people are victims of intimate partner violence. Let’s work together to bring this number down!!

Breaking news!!! Our community engagement partners at The University of Michigan have just announced that they have 16 tickets to the Michigan v Purdue game on November 1!!! All those registered for the Purple Run will be entered into a drawing to win a 4 pack of tickets!!! The last day to register online is Wednesday, October 8!!! Go Blue 💛 💙
