New research led by Julie Case, associate professor in the Department of Speech-Language-Hearing Sciences in Hofstra’s School of Health Sciences, aims to give clinicians better tools to diagnose and treat the disorder.

Case has received two awards from the Once Upon a Time Foundation to advance the diagnosis and treatment of childhood apraxia of speech, a pediatric motor speech disorder. 🦁
