Diane McPartland, senior assistant in Hofstra’s Department of Allied Health & Kinesiology, and her daughter, Erin M. McPartland, financial aid coordinator at the Donald and Barbara Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell, both completed their graduate degrees this spring semester. 🎓

As longtime members of the Hofstra community, the McPartlands say sharing this academic journey has strengthened their bond and created memories they will cherish long after graduation day. 🦁

A doctoral student in Hofstra’s School-Community PsyD program is the first at the University to be awarded the prestigious Fulbright-Fogarty Fellowship in Public Health. 💙

The fellowship will take Gladys Adusei to Ghana where she will explore how school-based mental health programs can serve as a public health strategy to support the emotional and psychological well-being of children and adolescents. 🦁
