The purpose of the Public Health Association for Service and Education (PHASE) is to increase public health literacy through education, advocacy, PHASE-sponsored events, and community outreach within the Penn State College of Medicine and Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, as well as across communities in Central Pennsylvania.
