📖 Course Overview

CVCC was proud to host the Catawba County Tanker Taskforce for their quarterly training. Through great teamwork, they achieved a sustained water flow of 1,500 gallons per minute for 15 minutes.

Catawba County Fire Departments will conduct a large-scale training exercise starting at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 14, at the CVCC Public Safety Training Center. If you’ll be traveling on 21st St Dr SE (Sweetwater Rd) between McDonald Parkway and Highway 70 during this time, expect an increased presence of fire apparatus in the area and use caution while driving.
