Congratulations to our Psychology Student of the Month, Abby Fort! 🎉
Abby is a senior psychology major with a minor in statistics. She is from Baltimore, Maryland. She works as a data analyst for the Office of Undergraduate Research and Creative Works (URCW) under the direction of Dr. Joanne Altman. In addition to her independent research projects on language, memory, and personality, she works as a senior assistant for the Survey Research Center under Dr. Kifer and Dr. Moller. Abby applied for a Fulbright to teach in Taiwan and is applying to doctoral programs with an interest in studying social biases related to prejudice and discrimination. She is passionate about using psychological research to inform public policy. Abby is a member of Psi Chi and president of the Psychology Club. Thank you for your service to the department!
