HPU MUN’s delegation at The University of Pennsylvania Model United Nations Conference. We were glad to represent the delegation of Egypt and discuss solutions for issues including economics of migration, world health, and status of women.

The answer is 'C' Nikki Haley is the current US envoy to the United Nations. Nikki Haley has been representing the United States in the UN since January 27th, 2017. She replaced Samantha Power as the UN Ambassador from the United States. Before she was nominated on January 20th as UN Ambassador, she served as the 116th governor of South Carolina as a republican. Haley was born in 1972 in South Carolina to two immigrants from India. She was raised Sikh, but converted to the Methodist Church shortly after she married her husband Michael Haley in 1996. She is the first Sikh to serve in gubernatorial leadership in US history.
