âť•Attention Northern Terrace residents! If you are living in Northern Terrace this summer your mailroom is moving to Norse Commons.

This will be our primary location for mail and package pick ups. For you convenience we will forward mail delivered to Callahan Hall/East Village Mailroom until May 25th to the Norse Commons Mailroom.

Be sure to update your addresses as soon as possible after this date we will no longer be able to accept mail at Callahan Hall.

Locked out of your room? Here’s what to do 🔑
If you’re locked out, visit your residence hall front desk during desk hours for assistance. Desk staff can help verify your access and get you back into your space.

If the desk is closed, contact your RA or follow your hall’s after-hours lockout process as shared by your hall staff.

Please do not prop doors open, attempt to force entry, or ask other residents to let you into secured areas, as these actions can result in safety concerns and conduct action.

When in doubt, check with your hall staff — they’re your first point of contact for lockouts and access questions.
