Are you an undergraduate or graduate student interested in environmental justice, community engagement, and public policy? Green Umbrella is seeking a motivated student volunteer to support a project focused on historical environmental justice research, community-based planning, and engagement.
This opportunity offers hands-on experience in research, meeting note-taking, and facilitation support, with the chance to observe and learn inclusive facilitation practices in real-world settings. Volunteers will work closely with project leads and community partners, gaining valuable insight into environmental justice processes and collaborative decision-making.
📅 Timeline: Thursdays, March 19, 2026 – April 23, 2026, 6-8pm @ City of Forest Park
⏱️ Time Commitment: Approximately 3-5 hours per week
