Jefferson College Workforce & Employment Services is looking for a Workforce Training & Employment Specialist to join our team.

If you enjoy helping people take their next step, building connections, supporting students, and doing work that genuinely impacts lives, this could be a great fit.
This full-time role helps students and community members connect with training, career coaching, resources, and employment opportunities. The position includes coordinating SkillUP grant services, supporting Workforce students through the application and enrollment process, helping participants stay motivated toward completion and employment, assisting with career exploration and preparation, and partnering with campus and community resources.
