The Class of 2026 has named Rob Pocock ’77, Associate Professor of Communication Instruction, as this year's H.O.P.E. Award recipient.

The Hope Outstanding Professor Educator award has been given annually since 1965. The graduating Class selects one faculty member they feel epitomizes the best qualities of a Hope College educator. Pocock is respected across campus for his coaching in Comm 140, Public Presentations, Comm 257, Public Relations and his leadership with communication interns.

Back on campus like they never left. Great to have our alumni home for Milestone Weekend. ⚓️

Highlights of the weekend included a 50-year reunion for our Class of 1976 and celebrating our Distinguished Alumni Award recipients, David Bruggers '73 and Sandra Ann Brown '75.
