The Miami Dade College - Homestead Campus is located in the downtown business district of the City of Homestead. The campus is uniquely positioned on the edges of two national parks, Everglades National Park and Biscayne National Park. Gigi is a proud MDC nursing graduate whose journey continues to make us proud. Since graduating in 2017, she has built a career dedicated to caring for others and was recently recognized as Nurse of the Year at Baptist Health.

Her story is a reminder that the impact of an MDC education extends far beyond graduation. Our alumni carry their experiences into their careers, their communities and the lives they touch every day.
