Legacy League kicks off their next century of ministry featuring an inspiring message from Kelley Brown, a writer for Proverbs 31 Ministries, founding member of StoryTellers Live and Bible teacher for over 25 years. With a master’s from Beeson Divinity School, Kelley Brown finds joy in equipping and encouraging others to study the Bible with curiosity and confidence.

Doors open at 10:45 a.m., and the program begins at 11:30 a.m.

❤️💙🎉 Thank you again to those who donated items for our students’ grocery bags. They were thankful and thrilled to receive these items at the first Fellowship Supper of the year! 🥳

🙏 As our students continue to settle into a new academic year, let’s pray for them now!

🙏 “May we and our students learn to love learning, O Lord. For the world is yours, and all things in it speak —each in their way—of you: of your mind, your designs, your artistry, your power, your unfolding purpose. As our students begin studies may they be mindful that all stories are held within your greater story. Reward their efforts with new insights, fresh inspiration, small epiphanies and with the firm conviction that you are at work in our hearts in all circumstances, not only broadening our knowledge, but also shaping our hearts by patience, endurance and discipline that we might mature to more fitly and humbly serve the purposes of your great kingdom. Open, O Lord, as you will, the paths of their lives in the days yet to come. Use their studies to further shape their vision of what their place and call in this world might be. Begin to show them where their own deep gladness and the word’s deep need might meet. God grant these students knowledge and understanding. Lead them to truth. ❤️💙🎉The students are back on campus, and Legacy League delivered some edible love to our students as they arrived! ❤️💙🥳

A huge thanks to Cookie Fix for helping us share some cookies and spread some smiles! 😉 Thanks for the delicious treats!

Thanks also to the many volunteers who donated “back to school” items for our students as well. They’ll be off to a great start this year! 📚

Let’s pray for them as classes begin this week! 🙏

Prayers for our returning and new scholarship recipients ...

🙏Pray that they would know the Lord’s love for them more abundantly and specifically this year.

🙏Pray that Samford’s campus would be a place where they can grow, learn and feel at home.
