UHM CSS Academy for Hawai'i Intelligence Studies

We have an exciting summer opportunity for your rising high school Juniors, Seniors, and incoming college freshmen.

We proudly announce the Academy for Hawai‘i Intelligence Studies Summer Program (AHI-SP). This program is part of the UHM College of Social Sciences Political Science Department and is jointly offered through Mānoa Academy (https://socialsciences.manoa.hawaii.edu/study-at-css/enrollment-pathways/manoa-academy/). We are currently in Year 3 of offering this program.

This innovative opportunity delivers a 3-credit, university-level course (POLS 120: Introduction to World Politics) and related programming to qualified Hawaiʻi high school students and incoming UH Mānoa freshmen. All expenses, including registration, tuition/fees, airfare, and on-campus housing/meals, are included (certain restrictions may apply). Credits earned may be applied to a higher-ed degree.
