This year's Joint LSM-SLSSA Halloween Party will be held at Moore Hall Courtyard from 5-7 PM on Friday, October 28th. This party is a great opportunity to get to know students in our sister department, Second Language Studies. The Second Language Studies Student Association (SLSSA) co-hosts this event, so expect to meet some new people!

There will be lots of fun events: a Costume Competition, a Bake Sale, a Photo Booth, and a Door Decoration Contest. For the Costume Competition, we'll vote on the Best Overall costume, Best Duo/Group costume, Best Spookiest, Cutest, and Most Unique costumes. For the Door Decoration Contest, the deadline is October 28th, the day of the Halloween Party. Please decorate the door of your office as you like! The best costumes and best-decorated doors will be voted on at the party. The costume that wins Best Overall will win a monetary prize, and the office-holder(s) with the best-decorated door will receive a $5 gift card to Starbucks. If you think you can join, please RSVP by Wednesday, October 26: https://forms.gle/6XWHDHimjTGGVdii6

Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or suggestions. Hope to see you all at the party (and the door-decoration contest)!
