Franklin family is proud to open our second location offering courses in Cosmetology & Barbering. We welcome the public into our establishment to experience a clean & safe environment to get beauty & barber services at an affordable price. Senior citizens discounts on select services, also bring your male friends as well to get a haircut by our barber students for only $5.
