Bringing the Delta blues to Austin sounds all right by me! If you can't check out the exhibit this month, make sure to read up on Robert Johnson as he made blues history in San Antonio and Dallas, his deal with the devil, and the legacy he's left behind. “Projects created by Honors College students from U.S. History and Houston History classes explore the reasons for, and the lasting legacies of, the ‘great migrations’ in America.”

July 12 through August 19, 2017, visit the Heritage Society Museum Gallery in Houston to get to know the students and their points of view on Great Migrations: Past and Present, of America! This event is free to the public and the opening reception is Wednesday, July 12, from 5-8 p.m. Hope to see you there!!
