Hi everyone,

Our first official practice of Fall 2021 will be held on Monday, September 13 from 7-9pm in the MAC gym. To get to the MAC gym, turn left at the top of the stairs at the Rec Center and then turn right at the elevators. The gym is at the end of that hallway (it is labelled “Multipurpose Activity Court” on the attached map).

There will be an orientation and lessons for new fencers, as well as open fencing for experienced fencers.

Please don’t forget to register as a member of Rice Fencing Club and Club Sports on OwlNest. Be sure to fill out the Club Sports Waiver on their OwlNest page as soon as possible!

Official practices will be held on Mondays and Thursdays from 7-9pm at the MAC Gym for the rest of the semester, unless otherwise noted.

Sorry for the late notice but practice has been moved back an hour today, due to scheduling issues. We will now start at 8pm still in the Mac gym.

Hey good news everyone! Our first practice will be next Tuesday, 9/12 from 7-9 PM in the MAC Gym (the Mac gym is upstairs all the way to the back). Make sure to wear appropriate clothing; long exercise pants and running shoes (or at least closed toe shoes).
ALSO! sign up via http://www.imleagues.com before you come to practice! This way you've gone through and signed the electronic waiver and can actually use some swords and stuff.
