CALLING ALL HAWKS! 🦅 Need Help with Food and Fuel? Apply for a $600 Food/Fuel Voucher through the Basic needs program here at UHCL.

What Are You Eligible To Receive for the Fall Food/Fuel Initiative?
$500 Food Voucher
$100 Fuel/Gas Voucher
And additional award, up to $1,000, with supporting documentation of basic needs expenses

How to apply? Visit the Dean of Students Basic Needs page.
1. Complete the Basic Needs Grant Application and describe your financial hardship and how financial assistance will aid you in completing a successful semester.

2. Under “How will you use this grant?”, select “Food” and “Transportation”. You may also make additional selections for areas in which you need financial assistance (Housing, Medical, Technology, Childcare).

3. Upload documentation for Food and Gas (Google map from home to UHCL).Submit and Monitor your UHCL email for updates.
