Come explore Junk Journaling!

Wednesday November 19th, from 3 to 5 p.m.

A Junk Journal is created from recycled and repurposed materials like old books, magazines, scraps of paper, and everyday ephemera. Unlike traditional journals, they embrace imperfection and use discarded items, giving them new life through techniques like collage, writing, and mixed media

All supplies will be provided by SJC North A+D.
Feel free to bring any extra supplies you would like to use.

SJC North Gallery has a fantastic lineup of shows and events this fall.

Our schedule starts with a fun exhibition of recent work from the Printmakers of Stephen F. Austin State University. This show was curated by SJC North Art alumnus Sean Clark, who is currently working on his MFA in printmaking at SFA. So save the date! The opening reception is Friday, September 19, from 6 to 8 p.m.

In October, our very own Professor Joe Clark presents his solo show, "How to Say I Love You in 200 Words or Less." The reception for Joe is scheduled for Thursday, October 30, from 6 to 8 p.m.

Attention Art Shoppers! We wrap up the fall with our fourth annual SJC North A+D Winter Art Sale - December 4, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
