In Houston, leadership is shaped by complexity, speed and real stakes. The Executive MBA reflects that.

On June 10, prospective students are invited into a live class led by Senior Professor of Practice and Stagner Sales Excellence Insitute executive director Randy Webb, former President of Mars Foods. Participants will engage in a case discussion, hear how leaders navigate real organizational dynamics and connect with a cohort built on shared experience. You’ll also connect with current students and alumni who can speak directly to the program’s impact on their work and leadership.

New grad Alex Lammayot made the most of his time at by investing in others.

A leader in Bauer Ambassadors and the Emerging Leaders Academic Success Program, Alex built a college experience rooted in service, connection and impact. He also found time as a student to work as a professional cello player with two music businesses. That work recently earned him recognition on the Poets&Quants 100 Best & Brightest Undergraduate Business Majors of 2026 list.

At , the SURE℠ Program brings people together to build something real.

Students step into consultant roles and work directly with local entrepreneurs, helping them develop business plans and move their ideas forward. Along the way, those entrepreneurs gain tools they can immediately apply to their companies, supported by business leaders who share their experience in the classroom.

That work culminated this semester in a graduation that brought together entrepreneurs, students, mentors, friends and families to celebrate everything they have built.

Congratulations to the Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 SURE℠ graduates and the businesses they are continuing to grow.

Program for Excellence in Selling students traveled to New York City this spring and met with 30 executives from companies including Disney, Paramount and Spotify. And before that, they were the ones who made the cold calls to secure the meetings.
