⁠Haili chose Juniata because she knew that she would be supported throughout the program. She says the professors have been very approachable and understand that grad students have other commitments to manage. Because of this she was able to fit classwork around other responsibilities!

Meet Levi Harper, a graduate of our Master of Special Education!
⁠
⁠Levi completed his undergraduate degree at Juniata and remembered how great the community was. He chose to come back for his masters because faculty were able to challenge him, while also seeing him as a human being rather than a number. The Masters of Special Education program was a great fit, as he wanted to be sure he was giving proper care and consideration to his students!

Olivia Foley, a student in Juniata’s Master of Public Health program, completed her required internship as a study-abroad placement in Ireland through World Endeavors.

She was placed with Trinity College Dublin and worked primarily at the St. James’ Hospital campus, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team that included physiotherapists and a doctoral researcher. The experience offered a high-quality, real-world clinical research public health setting with meaningful deliverables and professional expectations.

Reflecting on the experience, Olivia shared, “My belief in myself evolved—both as a person and as a public health professional.”
