Mark your calendars for March 28th at 9AM and meet us at Barboursville Park for the Spring Stride 5K! 🌞

Hosted by the Exercise Science Club, this event is all about celebrating movement, community, and healthy living. Whether you’re racing for a PR, jogging with friends, or just coming out to enjoy the spring vibes, this 5K is for everyone. 💪🌷

We’re proud to promote health and wellness while bringing our community together — and we’re currently accepting sponsorships and donations to help make this event even bigger and better! 🙌
