Hiii! I’m Sarah Kinder, Alpha Xi Delta’s Communications Vice President and the girl behind all the posts! 🤍
When I joined Greek life as a sophomore, I never imagined myself stepping into a leadership position. I was hesitant to get involved and honestly didn’t know if I had what it took. But with encouragement from my big, Jada K 💫🪩💓 , I decided to take a chance and run for a few director and chair positions.
I began serving on the Communications team as Parent Relations Director and Banner Chair, and through those positions, my love for this team and for sharing the story of our chapter continued to grow. From that point on, I knew my goal was to one day become Communications Vice President.
This role has given me so much more than the opportunity to run our social media. I have loved being able to capture the moments, memories, and people that make our sisterhood so special and share them with others. Through this position, I have grown in my leadership, organization, creativity, and confidence in ways I never expected.
Looking back, I’m so thankful I took that chance to step outside of my comfort zone. This chapter has continuously pushed me to become the woman and leader I am today. I am beyond blessed and grateful to serve this chapter and to have sisters who trust me with this role.
