Introducing another one of our 2026 graduating seniors! Eliza's favorite part about being in the Marshall University Theatre Program has been getting to be a part of so many amazing productions and working with such caring professors.
"Eliza is graduating with her BFA in Theatre Performance with minors in English, Creative Writing, and Dance. She will be in Lewisburg working at the Greenbrier Valley Theater over the summer before making her move down to Orlando, Florida. She will be starting her time at the University of Central Florida pursuing an MFA in Acting."

Introducing one of our 2026 graduating seniors! Faith Young is a BFA Theatre Production major. Faith has worked on shows such as The SpongeBob Musical as the prop master, Assistant Stage Managed Picasso at the Lapin Agile, among many other tech roles. Faith's favorite part about being in the Marshall University Theatre Program has been all the people she has met.
"My plan after graduation is to work as the Props Lead for TEXAS Outdoor Musical for their 60th season this summer. Then I will be moving to Ft. Myers, FL in September to work as Props Intern for the Florida Repertory Theatre for their upcoming season."

Get ready for our next production! We're excited to bring you Shakespeare's Much Ado About Nothing directed by Jack "Cirillo" Colclough 🎭 Opening Wednesday, 4/22 @ 7:30PM through Sunday, 4/26 @ 2PM. We're excited to announce the continuation of our successful SUPER Workshop Series!

Join Assistant Professor of Theatre Performance, Leah Turley, and Professor of Dance, Shelby Nelson, for our Super Sunday Workshop Series on Sunday, 4/26 @ 11AM @ the Joan C. Edwards Playhouse!

This semester's workshop will focus on Musical Theatre Dance & Auditions! Come prepared to present your audition monologue and song with Professor Turley before heading off to a Jazz workshop with Professor Nelson. Don't have a monologue or song? No worries! We'll have material for you to work with!

We'll have lunch in our Experimental Theatre following the workshops and you'll have the opportunity to chat with the talented students in our BFA: Performance and BA programs.

After lunch we're excited to treat you to a FREE performance of our production of Much Ado About Nothing at 2PM!

Sending love and support to our local high school theatre programs! Congratulations to Spring Valley High School Theatre; they recently closed their production of Such A Nice Little Kitty 🐱
Capitol High School Theatre is currently in rehearsal for their production of The Tempest (May 8-10) ⛰️🌩️ And Huntington High School Theatre is fundraising to send their program to the Southeastern Theatre Conference in March. BREAK LEGS YA'LL!
