Yesterday, our Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) students kicked off the school year with a service project at Drake Park, putting their skills into action and making a difference right here in Huntington.

We’re excited to see all the ways our OTD students will continue to learn, serve and impact others throughout the year. 🌲

Forest Blend is officially open for the semester with a new food and coffee menu featuring Five Lakes Coffee! 🎉

We celebrated the partnership with a ribbon cutting this morning and plenty of samples, giveaways and, of course, coffee. ☕️

Exciting news for the Crossroads League — and for our neighbors just down the road! 👏

Huntington University is proud to welcome Manchester University Athletics as the newest member of the Crossroads League, set to begin competition in the 2027-2028 academic year pending acceptance into the NAIA.

As President Dr. Rob Pepper shared, “We’re gaining a new conference partner and welcoming a great neighbor.”

Huntington Celebrates Manchester University's Addition to the Crossroads League

Huntington University and President Dr. Rob Pepper are proud to join the Crossroads League Council of Presidents in celebrating a landmark moment for the league as announced by the national office yesterday afternoon.

Manchester University has accepted an invitation to join the Crossroads League (CL). Pending Manchester's acceptance into the NAIA, the Spartans are set to begin Crossroads League competition in the 2027-2028 academic year.

The move marks the first time the Crossroads League has welcomed a new member since Mount Vernon Nazarene University joined in 2010. Manchester will become the conference's 11th institution, further deepening the league's roots in the state of Indiana.

For Huntington University, the announcement carries a personal touch.

"We're thrilled to welcome our backyard neighbors to the Crossroads League," said Dr. Pepper. "Just 30 miles down the road, we're excited to compete, connect, and build relationships with the Spartans. We're gaining a new conference partner and welcoming a great neighbor. Welcome to the Crossroads, Manchester!"

Located in North Manchester, Indiana, Manchester University brings with it a shared commitment to the values that have long defined the Crossroads League - faith, academic excellence, character development, and a transformational experience for student-athletes.
