Participation involves a 60–90 minute interview (virtual or in-person), and all responses are confidential. Compensation is available.

Great news from our FY26 YTD (Sep–Nov) ORSP update!
📄 67 proposals submitted totaling $25.5M
🏆 32 proposals awarded totaling $13.7M

By comparison, FY25 had 56 submissions and 20 awards—showing just how strong this year’s start has been.

📢 Deadline Extended to December 31!

SHSU students now have more time to apply for the ARC Scholar Award. One undergraduate and one graduate student will each receive $2,000 to support aging-related research during Spring 2026.

Who Can Apply:
✔ Full-time SHSU undergrad or grad (Spring 2026)
✔ Research must focus on aging or aging-related topics
✔ Must work with a faculty mentor
✔ Participation in ARC activities required

New Deadline: December 31, 2025
