SHAMOS The Sam Houston Association of Medically Oriented Students is a Sam Houston Statue University organi We accept anyone regardless of major.

As an organization we aim to help one another achieve our individual goals by working with pre-professional advisors, as well as preparing our members for their respective career. We also help to build adequate communication and social skills through socials with the school faculty and other student organizations. In addition, we give back to our surrounding community through volunteer activities,

such as organizing blood, food, and toy drives. SHAMOS has many networking opportunities that would benefit any pre-professional student planning attending graduate school.
