Hutchinson, Kan. – Hutchinson Community College will be hosting its annual Career Connections Job Fair Thursday, April 6 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. at the Hutchinson Sports Arena.
Nearly 200 employers have registered to attend seeking employees for full-time, part-time and internship opportunities. A list of the employers currently registered is available at www.hutchcc.edu/careerfair. The event is free and open to the public.
To help job-seekers prepare, many free resources are available at CareerZone - www.collegecentral.com/hutchcc. This resource is available not only to HutchCC students but to all community members as well. Current HutchCC students attending the fair who complete a survey are eligible to win one of several prizes, including a 50” Smart TV, Apple Airpod Pros, Beats Headphones and more.

AHIMA Foundation Offers $100K in Scholarships
Nineteenth consecutive year scholarship program provides financial assistance to aspiring and current health information professionals.
AHIMA Foundation, the philanthropic arm of AHIMA, has opened its scholarship application with $100,000 available in scholarships for currently enrolled outstanding health information professionals pursuing associate's, bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degrees in health information management (HIM) or health informatics (HI). Through one online application, students can apply for one of three opportunities for financial support including the Merit Scholarship, the Veterans Scholarship, and the Dissertation Support Scholarship.

Review eligibility and requirements and apply online before August 31.
