Yesterday, four of our first-year Respiratory Care students joined their instructors at the spring Kansas Respiratory Care Society Conference in Lawrence, KS.
As Respiratory Therapists, we welcome our students to participate in state conferences and even have events such as the "Sputum Bowl." The prime objective of this quiz bowl is to stimulate interest in the current knowledge and practices of respiratory care.
All four of our students participated on teams with other RC students from schools across the state.
One of our students was on the winning team with students from KU and Washburn! 🏆🫁
