Today we held the 49th Annual Ag Banquet. We honored our outstanding students in their program areas and one student was named Outstanding Student of the Year. We would like to thank Banterra Bank Ag Lending Division for sponsoring our lunch today. We have some awesome Business and Industry folks that really support our students. Detective Jason Barnhart and Lt. Curtis Whiting, asst. Jail administrator of the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office attended the introduction to criminal justice class recently. Both Detective Barnhart and Lt. Whiting gave excellent presentations about their work experiences and what led them to this career path. Thank you Sheriff Jeff Bullard for always supporting our criminal justice program at Rend Lake College!
