Now Hiring: Hospital Food Service Manager / Chef
We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable Manager and/or Chef to lead our hospital food service operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about food, leadership, and making a positive impact in a healthcare setting.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate will oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure high-quality food service, and help create a positive dining experience for patients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise kitchen and food service staff
Oversee daily food production and service
Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation
Assist with menu planning and inventory management
Ensure efficient and timely meal service
Foster a positive and team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
Culinary experience required (chef or kitchen leadership background preferred)
Management or supervisory experience strongly preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Passion for quality food and service
