The Union County Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. was chartered on January 28, 2011 in the South Atlantic Region, by 18 members of our sisterhood. We serve all of the cities and townships within the Union County limits of North Carolina. Located just east of Charlotte, we have taken great pride in being a chapter that knows how to be a 'big impact' in a small town environment!

Union County has stepped onto the scene in full force. The programs and projects implemented by our chapter are framed by the five-point programmatic thrust of the sorority: Economic Development, Educational Development, Physical and Mental Health, Political Awareness and Involvement and International Awareness and Involvement.
