Mattingly, a senior at New Palestine High School, has organized a fundraiser so she can purchase items for her care packages. She is passing out her care packages at the ALS Association's Walk to Defeat ALS on September 20 and has committed to dropping off 20 bags to Parkview Hospital in Fort Wayne. There will be more opportunities along the way this year. She is selling a Friday Night Lights t-shirt to go with the patriotic theme for the football game against New Palestine High School and Mt. Vernon High School on September 12. We are hoping everyone will wear the t-shirt to the game. Student council is helping to facilitate the effort. I have attached a letter with a link to a google form. Payment can be made by using Venmo or cash. If the link or QR code does not cooperate, feel free to respond to this post with your order.

Shirts are $15 and orders are due: Thursday, September 4

Mattingly presented her fundraiser for ALS care packages at New Palestine Elementary School’s Student Council meeting. She is selling t-shirts to wear on September 12 to FNL at the New Palestine vs. Mt. Vernon football game. Hopefully, she will make enough money to fill bags for the ALS Association’s Walk to Defeat ALS on September 20.

We received a shipment today! Mattingly is collecting supplies to fill her ALS care packages for an upcoming hospital visit. She is also planning a big surprise at the ALS Association’s Walk to Defeat ALS in September. These beautiful quilts were donated from Hopes and Dreams Quilt Challenge for ALS from Virginia Beach, VA. Kathy, the founder, lost her son to ALS in 2020 and she started this wonderful organization. Thank you, Hopes and Dreams! 🩵💛🩵💛🩵💛
