Marian Knights Rugby Marian Rugby is a new varsity and scholarship sport for Marian University located in downtown Indianapolis.

John Harley, head rugby coach, is actively recruiting student athletes for our first season in Fall 2020.

Exciting Announcement!

We are thrilled to share that Locke Taylor, a talented center from Westfield High School and Westfield RFC, has officially committed to Marian University rugby!

Locke has showcased his skills with Rebel Rugby Academy, Chicago Hounds Academy, and the Midwest Thunderbirds. Not just a rugby player, he’s a multi-sport athlete who balances sports with academics. Locke plans to pursue a degree in engineering at Marian.

With the end of one year the build up and excitement for the upcoming year starts!

2025-26 was the best year yet for the young program only 5 years old. We were Champions of the Big Rivers Fall 15s and Spring 7s, advancing in both seasons to the National Tournament.

For the players graduating: Thank you for your dedication and hard work…We wish you all the best in your future endeavors!! You are always welcome…Once a Knight, Always A Knight!!
