🎉 West Virginia State University is proud to announce that Anna Payne, a senior in the Department of Social Work, has been selected for the Judith A. Herndon Fellowship for the 2025 legislative session! 🏛️🐝💛🖤

This prestigious fellowship is awarded to only 10 students statewide and provides an incredible hands-on experience in state government. As a Herndon Fellow, Anna will work directly with legislators, gaining valuable experience in research, policy, bill drafting, and committee functions during the 60-day legislative session.
