We’re excited to see this upcoming webinar featuring Kathy Casey, a leader whose work continues to shape how we understand and improve the graduate nurse experience.

At IONRP, we utilize validated tools like the Casey-Fink Graduate Nurse Experience Survey to measure outcomes and guide continuous program improvement. Kathy’s insights help translate data into meaningful action—something we prioritize in every cohort.

We also had the pleasure of hosting Kathy on our Beyond Nurse Residency podcast (Season 1), where she shared valuable perspectives on supporting new nurses.

Don’t miss this opportunity to learn how to turn data into impact!

Strong data tells a story when it's communicated effectively. Join us on June 10 for our upcoming webinar, "Beyond the Numbers: Making Data Understandable and Actionable," to explore how NPD practitioners can translate survey data into meaningful insights that drive action and strengthen outcomes across practice settings.

Free Preceptor Training Opportunity for Iowa Nurses

Iowa nurses can now access free preceptor training through the Iowa Online Nurse Residency Program (IONRP). Our course, Supporting Nurses: Training for Preceptors, Mentors, and Clinical Coaches, is available at no cost thanks to our partnership with the Midwest Clinical Instruction Regional Network (MCIRN).

This updated training includes enhanced content, refreshed materials, and added support to help preceptors feel more confident and effective in their role.

Have you already completed this training before October 2025?
You may be eligible for the MCIRN Process Precept Bridge Course, designed to help bridge the gap between earlier training and today’s evolving nursing competencies.

Those who complete the bridge course can then become eligible for the MCIRN Advanced Preceptor Fellowship.
