Welcome to the home of the Alpha Theta Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated, seated at The University of Iowa, located in the heart of downtown Iowa City, Iowa. We are pleased to have you with us as we celebrate over 90 years of service, advocacy, and a long standing legacy of building our communities in and around Iowa’s campus. Alpha Theta was established on March 11th, 1922 by 12

distinguished gentlemen, who wanted to see a lasting brotherhood developed on campus, in which they found in Alpha Phi Alpha. Again, thank you for taking the time to visit our site, and please join the brothers of the Alpha Theta Chapter in celebrating over 90 years of service!
