We would like to give a special shoutout to our sibling, Fatima Salinas Gutierrez, for receiving the A.W. Lee Scholarship in Strategic Communication from the University of Iowa School of Journalism and Mass Communication.

Additionally, she received an Exemplary Award for her work in a social media marketing campaign, where she collaborated with the Iowa City Bike Library.

Last but certainly not least, she was honored and proud to have earned 3rd place in the Outstanding Achievement in Writing Award for her piece, “Against the Odds.”

We are so proud of your hard work and dedication, showcasing our principles of social interaction and academics. You fully embody what it means to be a Woman of Distinction and we are honored to call you our sibling!🩷💜
