Thanks to everyone who came out and supported Anteater Involvement Fair (AIF)! What a way to start the new year after convocation. Over 500 orgs were present to engage with their peers. Woot! What a beautiful time to see our campus building community and spirit. Have a wonderful week 0 and look out for our mini-AIF in the beginning of winter quarter!

- signers must complete ALL COOL modules & reg form requirements
(including orientation and advising for new orgs)
—note: please allow time (a few business days) for COVP staff to review and approve your organization.

FRIDAY, AUGUST 23, 2024 ANTEATER INVOLVEMENT FAIR:
- YOUR RCO MUST HAVE ALREADY BEEN RECOGNIZED TO SIGN UP FOR AIF - or your booth request will be rejected. Last day to sign up for Anteater Involvement Fair

REGISTRATION TIPS
Follow these tips so when we review, it doesn’t stop your process.

Constitution Tips
- name of org on registration form matches constitution non-discrimination clause - refer to the sample constitution
https://campusorgs.uci.edu/registration/new-organizations/ election process
- membership, officer removal

Signers
- Make sure your form initiator is also included as a signer Advisors SHOULD NOT be included as a signer

Use of UCI Name & Trademark
- at UCI (if UCI is used) - DO NOT PUT UCI IN FRONT OF YOUR ORG NAME mission and description must also be clear and have accurate org name Logo must also not have UCI at the front

NEW ORG ORIENTATIONS WILL RESUME IN THE FALL.
If all of the organization’s signers did not attend an orientation this summer, the organization will need to wait to fulfill this requirement in the Fall Quarter.

Calling all orgs! Campus Org Registration for 24-25 begins this coming Tuesday., July 2nd starting at 1:00pm PST. Please share as this will affect those interested in boothing at Anteater Involvement Fair! Signers will need to complete a set of requirements and payment before your organization can be recognized.
