Les Femmes De Substance would like to announce that we launched our crowdfunding project!! All proceeds raised will go towards our annual Women of Substance Retreat. This year’s theme is Unapologetically Female: Bringing Your Whole Self to Work which encourages womxn of color to be themselves regardless of the societal stigma around women of color.
