Join us in congratulating Wayne Lauderdale on his graduation from Union University with his Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership!

Wayne’s journey is a testament to hard work, perseverance, and a commitment to growth. When asked what he would say to others considering completing their degree, Wayne shared:

Jessica will be earning her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership—a testament to the hard work, determination, and perseverance she has shown over the past several years. Her commitment to completing her degree while balancing life’s many responsibilities is truly inspiring.
