University of Memphis - Lambuth Social Work Society The LSWS strives to raise awareness of the Social Work Program at the University of Memphis Lambuth Campus, while serving the Jackson, TN community. B. C. D. E. F.

The LSWS strives to raise awareness of the Bachelor of Social Work Program at the University of Memphis Lambuth Campus, while serving its community and giving social work majors and other interested students an outlet in which to become involved on campus. The purposes of this organization are:
A .To serve as a means of recognition of the student's early interest in and dedication to the field of

social work, scholastic achievement, and serving the community. To provide opportunities to become acquainted with and involved with the field of Social Work. To encourage and support academic achievement and career goals. To enhance leadership skills. To provide greater opportunity for student/faculty interaction outside the classroom. To benefit the campus and community through programs and services. G. To cooperate with other student organizations to enhance academic, social, and service opportunities on campus.
