Calling all foodies and cooking enthusiasts! 🌟 Don’t miss our next Teaching Kitchen at Cummings Dining Hall on Thursday, November 21, from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM.

🎓 Earn a convocation credit while learning new skills and techniques for healthy cooking with the amazing Lisa Carlson, MS, RDN, LDN (she/her/hers), Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.

What an amazing time at our Teaching Kitchen event at Illinois College!

Students learned to make Shaker Salads and Lemony White Bean Soup with Turkey and Greens, all while discovering the importance of mindful eating. 🍲🥗 The hands-on experience, led by our wonderful Lisa Carlson, MS, RDN, LDN (she/her/hers), was a huge success!

This event was held in collaboration with the Chesley Health & Wellness Center for Equity, Inclusion, & Wellbeing, as part of our commitment to promoting healthy habits and life skills on campus.

We can’t wait for the next session where you’ll learn even more skills to level up your healthy cooking game! 🍴✨
