most of your clients are lying to you.

not because they’re bad people.
but because they don’t know any better.

they come in talking about success.
money.
body goals.
career stuff.
the kind of desires you see on Instagram.

but what are they really chasing?

someone to love them.

someone to see them.
someone to crawl into bed with at night
and not feel like a stranger.

they want the BODY so they’re not invisible.
they want the MONEY so they feel worth something.
they want FREEDOM so they can finally be close to someone.

they want connection.

they want to not be alone anymore.

if you coach them long enough, you’ll see it.

the stories start to crack.
the mask slips.

and there it is—
a BROKEN HEART beating beneath a million-dollar goal.

so I made a video.

it’s about intimate relationships.

not the fairy tale kind.
not the movie kind.

This is the emotional PRISON.

holding beliefs hostage.

These emotional patterns are why limiting beliefs don't just change like the weather.

Clients resist belief change.

You gotta push them.

like pulling teeth.

Otherwise, your client stays stuck

white-knuckles through life

spirals down

and blames you

(for their own BS).

Why?

because emotions are stuck like a broken record

playing the same song:

anger

hope

joy

sadness

over and over and over

until you want to puke.

That's the prison.

Don't believe me?

Try it yourself.

Ask your client why they believe their beliefs.

keep asking “Why?”

(like a kid who won't shut up).

Finally they'll say it:

"That's just how I feel."

Like some profound truth

instead of the walls of their jail cell.

But here's the thing:

you can use those same ‘emotional walls’

to break them free.

Connect their belief to the related emotion

change the pattern
