Did your student earn college credit through JCC while they were in high school?

If so, they may be eligible for our College Connections Residence Hall Scholarship.

For many students, that means their spring semester housing could be covered during their first year at JCC.

It's one more way we're helping students make a smooth transition from high school to college while saving money along the way.

If your student participated in College Connections and is planning to attend JCC this fall, it's worth taking a look.

In honor of National Indigenous Peoples Day, we're sharing "Remember the Removal," a powerful documentary created by graduate Caleb Abrams for a final project in 2010.

The film explores the displacement of Seneca families from their ancestral homelands on the Allegany Territory due to the construction of the Kinzua Dam, preserving stories and perspectives that continue to resonate today.

More than 32,000 people have viewed this important work, helping to keep the removal history alive and accessible for future generations.

We invite you to watch, reflect, and learn about a significant chapter in our region's past.

Congratulations to our 2025-2026 College Connections Students of the Year!

One junior and/or one senior from each of our regional partner high schools are recognized each year for embracing the added challenges of completing college-level.

They may or may not be an advanced placement-track student or have the highest GPA, but they all demonstrate a positive attitude toward learning and perseverance, as well as integrity in and out of the classroom.

Happy National Mascot Day to the hardest-working bird we know!

From cheering on the Jayhawks and posing for selfies to showing up at campus events and spreading school spirit, JJ Jayhawk does it all.

Well ... almost all.

We've actually never seen JJ complete a discussion board post for class.

Still ..... we're super thankful that JJ always brings intense energy, smiles, and pride everywhere across campus and beyond. 💚💛
