Missouri River Regional Library The Missouri River Regional Library is the public library serving Cole and Osage Counties in Missouri.

Missouri River Regional Library has been serving Cole and Osage Counties for more than 110 years. MRRL provides all the traditional services one expects to find in a library, as well as many digital services and a variety of programs for all ages. The organization
